1) What is your return and exchange policy?
Because every product is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as, defect or wrong item sent, please contact us so we can make it right. Please check our return and exchange policy here
2) Where do you ship and how fast will I receive my order?
We ship to most countries! Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Once the order is processed, shipping can take up to 2 weeks for US domestic, and up to 6 weeks for international. You can learn more about our shipping policies here
3) What size should I order?

4) Are ordering and payments secured?
Yes! Our website uses secure payment options. We will never reach out to you for payment
5) Is there gift messaging option?
Unfortunately we currently do not offer gift wrapping or messages. Working on it!
6) Why are you not selling pets stuff??
Because we want the best for Dash and Lili (and every pet out there), we are still searching for the best pet apparel partner. We promise you will be able to match with your pup soon. Stay tuned!
